Paying Tribute to the American Worker

On June 28, 1894 Congress passed an ACT of paying tribute to our wonderful nation’s hard workers by the creation of Labor Day.  Celebrated on the first Monday of September this day was dedicated to the social and economic achievements of the American worker.
